During my time in Framestore's Art Department, I had the chance to work under the direction of Production Designer Oliver Scholl on the Ravencroft Institute, for the movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
The idea was for the building to be built on the edge of a cliff. From the front entrance it would seems like an ordinary asylum. But an aerial shot would reveal a more brutalist side, with the prison cells hanging above the sea.
